Van jongs af aan groeide ik op in een omgeving waar alcohol een grote rol speelde. Ik zocht het uiteindelijk zelf ook vaak op op. In mijn pubertijd kwam ik ook in aanraking met drugs en kwam erachter dat maathouden voor mij erg moeilijk was. Hierdoor ben ik door hele diepe dalen gegaan maar heb ook regelmatig hoge pieken bereikt. De fases waarin ik mezelf heb verdoofd waren er niet altijd waardoor ik mezelf lang heb kunnen volhouden dat ik geen verslaafde was> echter was de overmatig drankgebruik wel een rode draad in mijn leven. 
 
Uiteindelijk heb ik mijn rock bottom in verslaving bereikt, dieper dan dat kon ik echt niet zinken. Ik heb hulp gezocht en besloot mezelf op te laten nemen in een kliniek om aan mijn verslaving te werken. 
 
Na die opname ben ik vooral opzoek gegaan naar wie ik zelf nou eigenlijk ben en op zoek naar de liefde voor mezelf. Dit was een behoorlijke lange reis maar zo mooi toen ik hem uiteindelijk heb gevonden, zoveel inzichten gekregen en mijn totale leefstijl aangepast.

in de verslavingszorg kan ik jou helpen de liefde voor jezelf weer terug te vinden. Met behulp van mijn ervaring en het volgen van verschillende trainingen en cursussen heb ik veel inspirerende inzichten en gedachten opgedaan die ik heel graag met anderen wil delen.

Pay for the course monthly or in full (with a 5% discount), payment by installments is possible

2 times a week, on Thursdays from 19:30 to 21:30 and Saturdays from 11:00 to 13:00
